House, now incorporating shop. Early C18 with later alterations. Red brick with ashlar quoins and gable ends; clay tile roof with ashlar coped verges on kneelers; brick integral end stacks, and ridge stack to west of centre. 3-room lobby entry plan and single cell service wing to east. 2-storey main range to left and slightly lower 2-storey service wing to right. Main range: 3 windows; C20 glazing bar casements with segmental heads; battened doors to right and to left of centre, both with segmental heads and both approached by short flights of steps; 3 skylights. Service wing: 1 bay; segmental headed casement to first floor and late C19 or C20 2-light flat face mullioned window to ground floor. C18 blocked 2-light chamfer mullioned window with straight hood mould to first floor of east gable. Interior: Large fireplace to west walls of the two most westerly rooms; stopped and chamfered beams; staircase to east room of main house with some reused splat balusters; curved principal rafter roof with raking struts extending from tie beam to principal rafters, curved wind braces, most of timbers are re-used.
