Two houses. Early C19. Watershot masonry, ashlar dressings, slate roof. Two and a half storeys to east, three storeys to south.
Harley Cottage faces south and has quoins, three bay symmetrical facade. Classical doorcase with monolithic jambs on plinth, moulded edge, convex cornice, pediment. Wide sash windows with plain stone surrounds and projecting sills, most retaining original glazing of sixteen panes, to first two floors. Third floor windows smaller (to former warehouse).
Attached to right hand end is Harley House which breaks forward. Quoins. Gable faces east, three bay symmetrical facade. Plinth, similar doorcase to Harley Cottage and wide sash windows to each bay. Coped gable carries band treated as pediment with tall Venetian windows with projecting impost and keystone.
