Early C18. Two storeys, two windows. Half hipped tiled mansard roof. Tile hung first floor, rendered ground floor. First floor C19 casements, both with diamond leading. Reproduction Tudor style door. Long, C17 or earlier rear extension.

Old Seal House and Nos 37, 41 to 45 (odd) form a group.
