Former semi-detached houses, now nursing home. c1840 (RCHME). Rendered, slate roof. A pair of Regency villas, well set back from the road, and attached to Nos 203 & 205 (qv) to the left, but more richly detailed than those; they share a common entrance from the road. 2 storeys, 4+1 windows; plain sashes, the front articulated with flat full-height pilasters, doubled to the centre bays. Ground floor has a full-width verandah under lean-to patent glazing, and on thin trellis supports, over 4 pairs of French doors with margin-pane glazing. To the right is a narrow hipped bay. To the left, set back, is a glazed conservatory at first floor, and a 6-panel door in the plane of the front wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. (RCHME: Dorset, South-East: London: 1970-: 358).
