Stucco with Welsh slate roof. 3-storey 2-window range. 4-panelled door to left in moulded architrave with console brackets, balanced by passage entry to right. Single 4-pane sash window to ground floor, 2 above, and single 2-light casment window to attic. Sill band to first-floor windows. Rear wall stack. Exposed timber roof truss in west gable wall, and the C18 brickwork of the stack also suggests substantial remains of an earlier structure.
