Warehouse, now offices. 1909. By WD Pratt of Nottingham for AH Bradbury. Red brick with ashlar dressings and slate mansard roof with coped gables and a coped gable stack. Brick eaves. Bays are divided by pilasters, panelled on the upper floors and with terracotta cartouches at their heads. Windows are plain sashes. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 7 windows, arranged 1:2:2:2. Ground floor has to left a large round-arched doorcase, Baroque Revival style, with hood, voussoirs and figurative keystone. Panelled part-glazed double doors and fanlight. To right, 3 pairs of sashes. Above, a single sash to left and 3 pairs of sashes to right, all with elongated keystones. Attics have to left 2 box dormers, 1 and 2 sashes, and to right, 2 recessed dormers, 2-light. (Nottingham Industrial Archaeological Society Journal: Oldfield G: Nottingham: 1985-: 4).
