GRANGE-OVER-SANDS

House. Late C17. Roughcast with painted stone dressings and slate roof. 2-cell plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range, with chamfered mullioned windows. On the ground floor there is one of 3 lights to the left of the porch and of 4 and 2 lights to the right. The 1st-floor windows are of 3, 2, and one lights. The stone porch is gabled and of a single storey. Chimneys to left and right, the right-hand one with 2 rounded caps on square bases and the left-hand one with a rounded cap. At the left there is a one-bay C20 addition in keeping. INTERIOR: not inspected.
