House, now surgery. Dated 1671, with C18 and c1890 rear extensions, windows restored late C19, rebuilt behind facade 1980s. Roughly coursed limestone rubble and dressings, end gable ashlar stack and cross-gabled stone slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 3-gable range. A symmetrical front with quoins and roll top coping to the 3 equal gables; mullion windows with chamfered surrounds and label moulds, and C20 leaded casements, original 2-light blocked attic windows with cavetto mouldings, and a date shield inscribed MAY THE 1/1671 above the central one. A central widened C20 opening with half-glazed doors. Windowless right-hand gable return has footings exposed at the base, with a projecting rear 1-window range, and a blocked opening in the re-entrant between with a timber lintel and cornice over. INTERIOR: completely rebuilt.
