Small orangery or summerhouse at east end of garden wall. Late C18. Brick with moulded stone cornice and flat stone architraves and impost bands, corrugated plastic roof. Three ogee arches to front and one to each side, with remains of glazing in lakeside window on right hand return, central arch being an open arch, remainder long windows with stone sills. Joined to garden wall once encircling the deer park and in crinkle-crankle form on north side of man-made lake, of brick with plain stone coping in places and some small raking buttresses, about 2m high on average but in variable condition at time of survey (March 1986). At junction of wall and summerhouse, where wall slopes down to lake, bricks are almost tumbled in to horizontal courses of summerhouse.
