Public house. C17/C18 or earlier origin with later alterations and additions. Double range timber framed and weatherboarded rough rendered left return. Red plain tiled roofs, gables to road with bargeboards. External left and rear red brick chimney stacks to right range. Large forward stack to ridge and small rear stack to left range. 2 storeys. 2 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes with pentice boards over, that to first floor right tripartite with an angled bay under. Right return, 4 panelled door, slanting porch on brackets, rear lean-to weatherboarded, grey slate roof, 1:2 window range similar to road face, to ground floor, 2 range to first floor. 2 panelled door with 2 lights to lean-to.
