2. C18. 2 storeys painted brick symmetrical front on stone plinth. Chamfered stone quoins. Moulded modillion cornice. Rendered parapet with stone coping. 3 windows to 1st floor, centre blind, sash, glazing bars intact with moulded stone architrave surrounds. Similar window to right on ground floor - central door in architrave surround with cut stone cornice and pediment - altered window to left. To right an extension with archway and rendered 1st floor with one tripartite window, glazing bars intact in moulded flush frame. Timber framing and curved brackets to ceiling beams visible on right hand wall of passage, part of No 14 Monday Market Street qv. Possibly this extension formed part No 14 as they have same roof.
