Appears early C19, but said to be of earlier origin. 2 storeys in white painted brick with slate roof. 4 windows to front elevation, 1 blocked, keystones, modern windows with glazing bars. 1 window to ground floor has been altered. Brick and slated open gabled porch. Similar porch but closed to rear elevation, 3 windows to both floors. Adjoining brick and slated link above flat-headed carriage entry to former outpremises with remains of exposed half-timbering, possibly of C17 origin.
