Late C18. Three storey red brick with gutter, cornice. Gable end black pantile roof. Front faces east, two windows symmetrical and central door of six fielded panels with false semi-circular radiating and wreathed fanlight in doorcase of fluted, pilasters, broken entablature and open pediment.
Interior has plain open string staircase with swept hand rail.
