Circa 1830 large block of 4 storeys and basement, painted stucco with moulded sill courses, the centre part rusticated on ground floor, parapet coping, 11 window front with 2 windows to left and 3 windows to right in projections, recessed sashes some glazing bars intact, in moulded eared architrave surrounds with keyblocks. Central porch, now glazed, of 4 modified Corinthian columns, piers at corners, entablature with dentil cornice. Victorian area railings, All the listed buildings on the East Side, from Nos 31 to 115 (odd), including Gibson's Hotel, form a group.
