WYRE PIDDLE WYRE PIDDLE 1. 2301 Worcester Road Wyre Bridge SO 94 NE 10/899 11.2.65. II 2. Broadened and reconstructed in 1930. Inscription stating parts of the old bridge were preserved. Built of stone with 1 larger and 2 smaller arches with keystones. Ornamental cut-waters. A Gothic trefoil stone and old date inscription (illegible) are preserved over central arch on one side.
