Large house. c1870, altered C20. Coursed squared gritstone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, the left and centre bays project slightly. Jacobean style. Central 4-panel door with overlight in porch with strapwork parapet, flanking large square bay windows with 6-pane frames. First floor: paired windows in shallow projecting bay with monolithic jamb stones and mullion left; a square cross window centre, a single 6-pane window right. Moulded string at ground-floor lintel and 1st-floor sill levels. Eaves parapet with semicircular gable pediments, ball finials, shield carved in gable right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
