2. Mid-C18 [marked on 1785 map]. South and west elevations painted brick. East elevation nodular flint with red brick dressings. Hipped tile roof, catslide behind. Red brick chimneys. 2 storeys and attics. Brick modillion eaves cornice. Ground floor has 1 modern segmental bow window with tripartite double-hung sash windows with glazing bars at east and west ends of south elevation, that at west end on consoles. These replace C18 shop windows. 1 double-hung sash window with glazing bars, and a section of plain brick stringcourse above voussoirs (cf No 2, Baker's Arms Hill). Doorway has flat hood with panelled soffit, taken on moulded consoles: modern door up 5 modern steps, flanked by modern iron railings. 5 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on 1st floor. 2 attic dormers with casement windows, one with glazing bars. North elevation has a catslide roof with 1 tile-hung gable, but has otherwise been extensively modernised, as has the north wing. East elevation has 2 ranges, and west elevation 1, of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars.
