Former public house. C18, with C19 alterations. Painted brick. Plain tile roof. Double depth. Two storeys. Flint plinth towards rear. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof, hips returning to rear. Two rear hips. Projecting stack with rendered base and tile-hung flue to left gable end. Projecting painted brick stack to right gable end. Rear stack towards centre. Regular two-window front of slightly-recessed four-pane sashes. Similar windows to ground floor, with splayed painted brick voussoirs. Central ribbed door with flat corniced and bracketed hood. Interior not inspected.
