TQ 2682 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER WARWICK AVENUE, W9 31/35 (south-west side) No 31 including No 12 Clifton Villas GV II Pair of houses. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. 3 storeys and basement, 3 bays to Warwick Avenue and Clifton Villas. No 31 has a central Tuscan porch with entablature containing a panelled door with overlight. No 12 has a square pilastered porch with cornice containing a panelled door with fanlight in keyed round-arched architrave. Sash windows with margin lights/glazing bars in architraves, pediments on consoles to ground floor windows, cornices to 1st floor. Angle pilasters, floor bands and cornice.
