Each house 2 windows wide. Channelling to ground floor. Projecting Doric porches. Triglyph frieze to ground floor. First floor balcony bomé balcony. Square headed windows, architraved above ground floor, corniced first and second floor. Sashes. French casements to first floor. Plate glass. Dentil cornice above third floor. Subsidiary cornice to attic. Cast iron area railings. Integral part of Princes Square planned layout.
