Farmstead. c.1790, possibly by John Carr. Part converted to farmhouse C19. Main facade consists of a pair of arcaded pavilions which mask the farmstead from the road. Red brick. Hipped pantile roofs to front and sides, gable to the rear. The left outbuilding has a single central red brick stack. Each outbuilding has a pair of tall arches with impost bands and recessed panels below. The left building also has wooden panels above the band. The sides of each building have single similar arches. Those of the left building being open, of the right part blocked. Attached to the rear of the right building and running at a right angle to it is a 2 storey red brick barn. Pantile roof with dog tooth eaves and large blocked opening. To the rear of the left building and running at a right angle to it is a brick and pantile house with varied fenestration.
