Lodge. Mid/late C19. Sandstone with smooth stone dressings, roof not visible. Spanning route into park with one room on each side plus small addition to rear on left side. Large central pointed arch with castellated "tower" over with 2 glazed cross slits and corbel table. Each side has castellated stepped gable with large pointed arch window openings carrying Berkeley coat of arms at top and with stone mullion and transom lattice window below. Wrought iron gates link the two wings at the front.
