EYNSFORD SOBER LANE 1. 5280 Fountain Cottages (Nos 1 and 2) TQ 5465 12/30 1.6.67 II GV 2. C18 exterior to a probably older building. One storey and attics in gable end. Faced with weatherboarding on a brick base. Half-hipped tiled roof with pargetting to one gable. Two gabled dormers. Two casement windows. Simple doorcase with flat wooden hood and brackets.
