THE GARDENS 1. 5104 Fentham Road (off) Erdington B23 Nos 2 to 20 (even) and No 2A (Erdington Cottage Homes) SP 19 SW 4/5 II GV 2. 1898 part of the same model housing scheme, on the west side of the avenue and identical, virtually to Nos 1 to 15 with detached and semi-detached 'cottage' units, likewise behind lawns. No 10, formerly a pair, has slight variant with larger canted bay windows and wooden, baluster column, porches. No 2A was built as the warden's house.
