Shown on O.S. map as Tettenhall Farm. Former farmhouse. Late C16 with late C19 alterations. Roughcast and plastered brick with ashlar dressings and some timber-framing; tile roof with brick stacks, one painted. L-plan. 2 storeys; wing to right with timber-framed 1st floor. Windows have leaded glazing; ground floor has casement with dripstone and plaster date: 1520; above, wing has canted bay, 1:3:1-light double-chamfered-mullioned and transomed window; left return has 3-light window; 1st floor of wing has 4-light window with 3-light casement to return and 3-light wooden-mullioned attic window; lean-to re-entrant porch to front of slight projection has plank door; projecting end stack; wing has cross-axial stack and lateral stack to right of stair projection to right return. Rear has varied fenestration. INTERIOR: timber-framed cross walls to rear; left room has chamfered beams and large fireplace with bressummer; some exposed wattle-and-daub panelling to 1st floor; roof trusses form cross walls. Upper ends of principal rafters do not meet, suggesting widening of building, or re-used timbers. Wing has enriched C19 fireplace; collar and tie beam trusses and old purlins; one cambered tie beam; one truss has plastered infill.
