Shop with offices and storage over. Early C19. Limestone ashlar to front and rear, stucco lined-out in imitation of ashlar to left side (formerly party wall with building to left, now demolished), parapeted hipped Welsh slate M-roof, no visible stack. 3 storeys, attic and cellar; one-window range. First floor has one 6/6-pane sash in plain reveal with C19 wrought-iron window box; second floor has similar 3/6-pane sash with matching window box front. Ground floor has mid/late C19 shopfront with triple timber arcade with 2 windows to left and part-glazed door to right within surround of flanking pilasters, heavy moulded console brackets, frieze and moulded cornice. C19 cast-iron grille in stall riser lights cellar. Shallow-pitched gabled dormer with C20 two-light timber casement. Unmoulded pilaster strips to left and right angles above shopfront; moulded stone eaves cornice, deep coped parapet. Left side has 12-pane fixed-light window in flat unmoulded surround to first floor, similar blind opening to second floor, C19 half-glazed door in similar surround; C19 wrought-iron grille to opening to cellar to left. Moulded stone eaves cornice. Late C19 wrought-iron gas lamp holder to rear left angle, now damaged; lead rainwater pipe with simple lead hopper-head. INTERIOR not inspected.
