House. Early C18. Coursed squared limestone, brick to first floor rear; stone slate roof; brick left-end stack and right-end stack rebuilt in reconstituted stone. Brick stack on rear slope. 2 storeys, attic and cellar; 3-window range. First floor has three ovolo-moulded stone mullion-and-transom windows with timber casements; ground floor has 2 similar windows. 2 gabled dormers with 2-light timber casements. 6-panel door to right has 4 flush panels and upper 2 panels glazed in chamfered stone surround. 2 openings to cellar below ground floor windows, to right with wrought-iron grille, probably C18. INTERIOR not inspected but noted as having raised and fielded panel shutters inside ground and first floor windows; said by Pevsner to have original staircase with turned balusters and room with shell-cupboards.
