Probably 1790, brick limewashed, one storey, pantile roof. Toothed eaves bond. Flush frame to entrance door and wood mullion casement right, blank panel left. End chimneys with drip bands and capping. Former Toll Cottage.

Cross, Monument Cottage and Thatched Cottage form a group.
