Shop with accommodation over. Mid C19. Stucco on studwork to front; asbestos slate roof. Deep plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes and complete late C19 double shop front with central splayed doorway; 2-light plate glass windows with end pilasters rising through fascia with modillions to cornice. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
