Attached carriage house, now house. Mid C18, refronted and converted late C19. Render with limestone dressings, roof not visible. 2 storeys and basement; 2-window range. A moulded coping, a right-hand doorway with pilaster strips to bracketed canopy and 6-panel door; canted left-hand bay, 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR: completely rebuilt c1985. Included for group value and as a rare survival of this building type in the city.
