Cottage. C17 with C18 and C19 alterations. Rendered over timber frame, with plain-tile roof and lateral stack to rear of coursed squared limestone. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. 6-panel door just left of centre with moulded wood surround and straight hood on shaped brackets. 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with moulded wood surrounds. Small attic window to left gable. Stair projection to left of rear stack. Plinth of coursed limestone rubble. INTERIOR: chamfered spine beams, blocked inglenook with chamfered bressumer, corner cupboard to ground-floor room with glazed door containing old crown glass and shaped shelves. Cellar. Corner fireplace to 1st-floor room. Collar truss roof with chamfered round-arched bracing and 1 tier of purlins.
