Rear wing of Mead House, Thomas Street (qv), now separate house. Mid C18. Coursed squared limestone rubble; stone slate roof; left-end stack rebuilt in artificial stone. L-plan with one gable to left and further single-storey extension. 2 storeys and attic; one-window range. First floor has one 8/8-pane sash with exposed timber lintel; ground floor has one 3-light window with 12-pane fixed light flanked by two 4-pane lights with flat arch lintel. Left side return of L has one Venetian window with flat unmoulded surround with raised keystone with leaded lights to first floor; one similar window to ground floor. C20 porch with plank door in angle of 2 wings. C18 single-storey extension to left with hipped stone slate roof has plank door and C18 leaded-light window. INTERIOR not inspected.
