House, formerly two. Mid C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed squared limestone rubble, now painted; stone slate roof; brick and rendered left- and right-end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. First floor has two C20 two-light timber casements with exposed timber lintels; 2 similar windows to ground floor. C19 timber lean-to double porch with stone slate roof now with C20 plank door to left only. 2 hipped dormers with C20 two-light timber casements. Lean-to extension to left side possibly C18. C20 extension to rear. INTERIOR not inspected.
