House, now shop with flat over. Early C19. Limestone ashlar with stucco to ground floor; roof has Welsh slate to rear, lead flat to front; rebuilt left-end stack now in reconstituted stone. House is wedge-shaped tapering to rear. 3 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Two 6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals with stone cills to first floor; second floor has two similar windows. Ground floor has one similar window to left; plank door with overlight to right. Shallow plinth; band courses over ground and first floors, to first floor shortened at left end to accommodate length of moulding continued from cornice of chapel to left (No.23 Park Street, qv); moulded stone eaves cornice and coped parapet. INTERIOR has C20 alterations including late C20 staircase, two blocked 2-light stone-mullion windows of Dunstall House adjoining (qv) now exposed on first and second floors.
