House, formerly 2 cottages. C16 with later alterations; said to incorporate mediaeval work from Cirencester Abbey. Rendered timber-framed front with ashlar plinth, coursed limestone rubble to left side; artificial slate roof; left-end stack in concrete blockwork, rebuilt brick stack on gablet to left side. 2 storey 4-window range. First floor has four C19 two- and three-light timber casements; ground floor has four C19 former shop windows, one 6- and one 8-pane fixed light, two 3/3-pane sashes; two 4-pane fixed lights in former door openings. 6-panel door with upper 2 panels glazed to centre. Ashlar plinth with weathered offset and top, partly C20, said to be made from stones from Cirencester Abbey. INTERIOR said to have undergone C20 alterations, basin from cloister lavatory in hall.
