Shop, now restaurant and offices. c1800 with remaining earlier structure. Brick with ashlar dressings; tile roof with brick end stack. L-plan. Georgian style. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. 1st floor sill band and top cornice. Early C19 shop front has panelled pilaster strips and entablature over recessed central entrance with 6-fielded-panel door and return entrances and bowed plate glass windows, end bow windows with plate glass. Upper windows have rubbed brick flat arches, those to 1st floor over 24-pane sashes, those to 2nd floor with sills and 16-pane sashes. Large wrought-iron lamp bracket. Rear has long gabled wing and shorter, higher, plastered wing. INTERIOR noted as having timber-framing.
