Attached house, now shop and office. Late C17, refronted mid C19. Timber framed with brick front and limestone dressings, a left-hand brick stack and pantile roof. Single rooms front and back with central left-hand stair. 3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. C20 shop front to a band, and pilaster strips to a parapet. Left-hand door and 6-pane shop window beneath a fascia and cornice; cambered heads with 5 stepped voussoirs to 8/8-pane sashes, with thick bars on the second floor. INTERIOR: refurbished 1990; rebuilt dogleg winder stair with stick balusters, ovolo-moulded cross beam to front first-floor room, which has a cast-iron hob grate; small cast-iron range in the basement.
