GV II

Cottage. Mid/late C18 with mid/late C19 addition to right; restored late C20. Squared coursed ironstone; addition has rendered brick and sham timber-framing on first floor. Straw thatched roof; addition has tile roof; brick end and ridge stacks. 2-unit extended to 3-unit plan. One storey and attic; addition 2 storeys; 3-window range. Left range has central large mid C20 thatched porch with casement to front and glazed door to right return side. Mid/late C20 glazed door inside. 2 and 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bar and painted wood lintels. Addition has 2-light casements, and small window on left on first floor. Horizontal glazing bar and painted wood lintels throughout. Rear irregular. Leaded casements. Double swept dormer has two 2-light casements. First floor of addition is whitewashed. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
