Cottage. C17. Sarsen and chalkstone, and timber framing with C17 brick noggings. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, two bays. Right bay probably earlier; single storey sarsen structure, raised with attic in clunch. Gable stack replacing central stack. Entrance at rear opposite original stack. Left bay framed on sarsen pebble sill, the framing two panels high with corner brace. Now kitchen.
Lean-to extension on left end containing bathroom.
