Cottage. Late C18. Flint and brick bands and brick dressings, thatched roof. One and half storey, two bay, outshot to rear. Central doorway replaced by C20 window put in original segmental-headed opening. Each side three-light camber-headed casements. Above two three-light casements, surrounded by weatherboarding, in eyebrow dormers. Roof has ridge piece and rendered end stacks.
