Small country villa. Early C19. Rendered and scribed to resemble ashlar, hipped slate roofs, brick stacks. Rectangular on plan. Two storeys; irregular fenestration, predominantly sash windows with glazing bars and marginal lights. End elevation to road radiused, conforming style, French windows to ground floor. Door opening with four-panelled door, single-storeyed porch with semi-circular head openings. Semi-circular head stairlight at rear, coloured glass.
