Cottage. C16 or earlier origin with later alterations and additions. Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roof with two gabled dormers. Rear left and front right red brick chimney stacks. 1 storey and attics. 4 window range of square leaded 2 and 3 light casements. C20 vertically boarded door to left. To the right is a single storey red tiled lean-to extension incorporated into the red brick dressed flint garden wall. The building was at one time used as an almshouse.
