EAKRING KIRKLINGTON ROAD SK 66 SE (east side) 7/15 Pond Farm House

Farmhouse. Late C18 and C19. Brick with C20 hipped and gabled pantile roof. Eaves altered C20. 4 gable stacks, 2 and 3 storeys, central block with flanking wings projecting to rear, 3 bays. West front has recessed 3 storey central bay with central glazing bar sash, flanked by single C19 and C20 doors, and beyond, single glazing bar sashes. Beyond, to right, C20 single bay porch with hipped pantile roof and half glazed door. Above, 3 glazing bar sashes. Above again, central casement in reduced opening. Rear elevation has lean-to addition and gabled flanking wings. Central door flanked by single C20 casements, and above, 3 casements. Right wing gable has, to left, a single Yorkshire sash on each floor. North side has to left, a Yorkshire sash, and to right, a glazing bar sash. Above, a single Yorkshire sash and a casement. South side has to left, a C20 casement and to right, porch with a casement. To right again, French window. Above, to right, a large Yorkshire sash.
