Reflected pair opposite Nos 8-22 (even) The Mount. Circa 1876. Gault brick (No 25 painted) with white brick bands at cill and lintel levels, cogging to porch and modillion eaves cornice. Two storey bays with turret roofs to right of No 23 and to left of No 25, stop moulded lintels. Cross and marginal glazed sash windows with bracket cills, outer pair and single one over porch, alternating white and yellow brick arches. No 25 has extra bay to left with one window first floor and chamfered corner on ground floor with window. This bay has coped gable with off-ridge chimneys. Double brackets to heavy porch hoods with arched entrance. Four-panel doors with rectangular overlights. Slate roofs, linked by garages, with end-chimneys having cogged capping. Railings, standards etc retained. Probably for under-managers of the Huntley and Palmer's Biscuit Factory.
