Farmhouse, early C18. Panels of red and grey brick; red brick dressings. Hipped roof of red and smut pantiles, arranged in a pattern on elevation to Yarmouth Road. Two storeys and attics, part-cellar. Principal facade to west, of six bays with cross casements under rubbed brick arches. Doorway one bay off-centre to north: 6-panelled door, Doric doorcase with fluted pilasters. Platband at first floor level. Coved eaves cornice. Square panelled chimney stack off-centre to south. South elevation of four bays with parapeted gable to east, internal chimney stack with panelled top. East elevation of three gables, two with tumbling-in at base. The two northern gables have cross casements with segmental heads and leaded glazing. 6-panelled partly glazed door in altered opening. North elevation of three widely-spaced cross casements on first floor; ground floor openings altered. Three casements and two doorways with segmental heads; one doorway now blocked. Platband at floor level. Interior has good stair with three turned balusters per tread; some C18 panelling on ground floor. Attached boundary walls of red brick forming garden area to west of house with dwarf brick wall surmounted by iron railings to road frontage. Boundary wall continues to north in flint with red brick piers and roll moulding coping, to south in red brick with saddle-back copings.
