Originally two houses; public house at time of listing. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Chalkstone, rendered and colour-washed, with pantile roof and brick stacks, one rebuilt. Two storey, six-bay front. C20 panelled door in flat-roofed porch at centre right. Coach arch with double gates and painted timber lintel at left end: blocked loft window above. All other windows are four-pane sashes with painted stone sills. Painted wedge lintels to ground floor windows. Brick dentilled eaves course to left part, and stepped eaves to right. Coped gable and shaped kneeler at right. End, left-of-centre and centre-left stacks.
