1. 1811 GUISBOROUGH ROAD EWE COTE

Ewe Cote Hall NZ 8710 7/220 23.2.54.

II* GV Dated 1697 with initials LRH over entrance doorway. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. 5 stone mullioned and transomed windows with leaded. lights. Central panelled door. 2 segmental pedimented stone dormers with mullioned windows. Pantile roof. Interior:- has contemporary features inluding solid panelled staircase, room on right with heavy bolection moulded panelling with original fireplace surround, white Delft tiles and iron fireback. 2 similar rooms upstairs in the front. 2 similar rooms upstairs in the front. Garden slopes upwards from the house and has stepped paved walk to front door, which is of 6 panels, 2 glazed.
