Description


BLINDBOTHEL MOSSER NY 12 SW 13/8 Church of St Michael 3-3-67 II Parish Church. 1773 on medieval site with 1925 restoration. Incised render over slate rubble walls, under graduated greenslate roof with coped gables. Low 3-bay nave/chancel with west porch and open gabled bellcote. C20 casement windows with round-headed centre panel and radial heads, the stone surrounds with hinge brackets for shutters. Simple rendered and slated porch. Interior has dado of C18 panelling. King-post roof trusses are probably C16 and from the earlier church. C12 font bowl on C19 pedestal.
