LANSALLOS THE WARREN, (north side), Polperro SX 2050-2150 6/133 Content Cottage (previously listed in group of 4 houses including 21.8.64 Pebbles, Veronica Cottage and the Cot, Warren Road) GV II

Terraced cottage. Circa late C18. Painted stone rubble with slate roof. Large stone rubble chimney stack on left-hand gable end and rendered brick chimney stack on right-hand hipped end. 1-room plan cottage at end of terrace with entrance to right. Built into side of hill on solid rock with 3-storey regular single-window front overlooking the harbour. C20 fenestration largely in original openings. Ground floor with tall C20 PVC window to left with glazing bars. C20 lean-to stone rubble porch to right. Above, C20 PVC 2-light casements with glazing bars to first and second floors in original window openings. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
