To left, 2 tall 8-pane lights with margin glazing at ground floor and 2 similar windows at first floor with cast iron balconettes. The right side has ground floor 9-pane light and 2-light casement and central 6-panelled door ; first floor two 12-pane sashes. At the rear, all C20 windows, 2 at ground floor and 3 at first floor ; small C20 lean-to at end right. To left, the front range extends further than the early range and has 2 C20 windows at first floor and one at ground floor ; single storey rubble lean-to in the angle to the rear range with granite doorway with round arch, chamfered and stopped, probably re-sited. Interior: The house retains fine features of the late C18. The stair hall has an open-well stair, with Corinthian columns, stick balusters, scrolled string and wreathed handrail. The doorway to the room to end left has Corinthian pilasters, oval plaster cartouche over. The room to end left has plaster cornice. Round arch Gothic door to the rear of the entrance hall. On the first floor, the room in the canted bay has marble chimneypiece with pilasters, and plaster cornice. In the rear range, there was formerly a barrel-vaulted ceiling at first floor, the remains of the barrel vault visible in the roof space. The trusses have halved and pegged principal rafters, with trenched purlins and ridge purlin ; the roof has been reconstructed above the early trusses.
